And as forthe Worldly goods it hath pleased god to blefs me with I give andbequeath in the following manner--- First I give and bequeath to myBeloved Couzen Jared Neilson The Two Tracts of Land & Bo't ofJohn Canle and William Candle of the Mifsisippi Territory the sameTract Lying on Cowpen Swamp Joining Land Laid out to John Gibson theother on Rockey Bluff Swamp Joining the said Gibsons Tract And thethird part of my personal Estate Except the Household and kitchenFurniture to Him and His Heirs forever Item I give and bequeath to myBeloved Couzen Davis Neilson Jn.r One third of my personal Estate andmy Household and kitchen Furniture and the Wagons of the Hier of myNegros untill they are Come or sent for by one of the Other Legateesto Him and His Hiers forever---

Item I give and bequeath to my Half BrotherRichard Bradford the son of Nathaniel Bradford the other Third of myPersonal Estate to him and his Hiers forever It is my will and Desirethat my Estate Which is one Family of Negroes shall not be devidedbut be Valued and one of the Legatees to take the whole of themtogether And make up payment to the other Legatees thier third partof the Valuation of them.
