In the name of God Amen, I Nathaniel Bradfordbeing Sick in body but of perfect mind and Memory and calling to mindthe uncertainty of life do make this my last Will and Testamentrevoking all Former Wills by me made.---

First-My desire is that my Negro Girl Fanny begiven to my Dear Wife Elizabeth Bradford formerly called ElizabethNicks and her Heirs and Afsigns.--

Second My Will and desire is that my said Wifeshall have all the Land that lies within the Fences that now Standand run by the springs and round the Orchard taking in the Houseswhere I now live and extending as far South as the Crop Fence; Andfarther my desire is that she shall have an additional piece ofparcel of Land on the West side of my Lane, so as to Compose in theWhole fifty Acres having the lines run from the corner of the saidCrop Fence a due West and from the North Eastern corner, of saidOrchard or Field a due West taking in the said fifty Acres in nearlya four Square form, And it is my further desire that My said Wifehave the Way and Use of both of the Springs that lie East of my saidHouse: To have the said Fifty acres of Land and Way and Use of thesaid Springs to her and her Heirs and afsigns forever.

Third my Will and desire is that my said Wife havemy black Horse and the Woman's Saddle and bridle and also two Cowsand Calves, four Barrow Hogs and one Breeding Sow to be chosen byherself in the first instance: And also Twenty four bushels of Corn,and one Bed and all the Furniture belonging to the said Bed And alsoall the Earthen Ware---

Fourth. My Will and desire is that my SonNathaniel Bradford have one Negro Fellow named Sam and one NegroWoman named Amy and one boy named Dennis

Fifth. My desire is that my Son John Bradford havemy Negro fellow named Bob.

Sixth-My desire is that my Son Richard Bradfordhave my Negro boy named Pete and one Bed with the Furniture belongingto said Bed.

Seventh. My desire is that my said Son Nathanielhave one bed and Furniture belonging to said Bed.---

Eighth-My Will and desire is that all my Lands(except the said fifty Acres which I have given to my Wife and alsothe said Way and Use of the said Springs) be given to my two SonsRichard and Nathaniel to be equally divided between them. And to beheld to them and their Heirs and Afsigns forever.---

Ninth My Will and desire is that my Daughter MaryDrake have my Negro Girl Cherry

Tenth My desire is that my Daughter Sarah Rheamshave my Negro boy Sam

Eleventh-My Will and desire is that all myProperty that is not heretofore given in this Will shall be set up atpublic Sale, and the Money arising from such Sale shall first go indischarge of all my lawful Debts including all Funeral expences, Andthe residue to be equally divided between all my Children.

Lastly. I do hereby Constitute and Appoint my DearWife Elizabeth and Alsalom Williams as my lawful Executrix andExecutor to Act and do in every respect as this my last Will andTestament directs--In Witnefs Whereof I hereunto Set my hand and Sealthis Thirty first day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousandEight hundred and Seven.---
