I, Peter B. Ridgeway, of the above named Countyand State being of sound mind, memory and understanding do herbymake, ordain, publish and declare this as and for my last will andtestament:
I. I direct that my just debts be paid.
II. I give, bequeath and devise all of myproperty, real and personal, which I may own or be entitled to at tehtime of my death to my son, George Dickson Ridgeway. My said properyconsists of about twenty (20) acres of land with the building thereonand some livestock and other personal property. As a condidtion underwhich I devise the said land to my son, George Dickson Ridgeway, Idirect that he shall keep the taxes on same paid and pay to my wife,Annie Jane Ridgeway, his mother, the sum of One Hundred Fifty andno/100 ($150.00) dollars per year in the fall of the year and same ishereby made a charge on the said land. I further direct that at thedeath of my said wife, my son George Dickson Ridgeway shall pay untomy children, Reubin A. Ridgeway and Mariah R. Hodge the sum of OneHundred Fifty and no/100 ($150.00) each and same is also made acharge on the said land. It is my intention that upong such paymentsbeing made, my son, George Dickson Ridgeway, shall be the absoluteowner of the said land.
III. I nominate and appoint my son George DicksonRidgeway, as Executor of this, my last Will and Testament.
