In the name of God Amen SUMTER DISTRICT }
I Susannah Holladay do make this my last will and
Testament. First I Give and Recommend my Soul to God Almighty that
first Give it me Existence and my body to the Earth in Decent
Christian Burial at the Discretion of my Executors. I dispose of my
part of the Estate of my Husband John Holladay, Deceased in the
Following way Viz.-
First I give unto My Daughter Susannah Richbourg
One Hundred Dollars
Secondly I give unto my Duaghter Mary Spears Fifty
Dollars
Thirdly I give unto my son James Holladay the
remaining part which is Coming to me be more or less. Aslo James
Hollday is to pay out of his part all Just debts Against me should
their be any.
I do apoint James Holladay to be the whole and
sole Executor-in witness whereof I do Set my hand and Seal this 23rd
day of May 1819.
