 COUNTY OF CLARENDON.

I, Benjamin F. Richbourg, of the above namedcounty and State, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, dohereby make, ordain, publish and declare this as and for my last willand testament.

I. I direct that my body be given decent burialand that my debts and funeral expenses be paid.

II. I give, bequeath and devise all of myproperty, real and peraonl, of every kind and description,wheresoever situated which I may own or be entitled to at the time ofmy death, to my beloved wife, Carrie Lou Richbourg, for the term ofher natural life, and at her death to be disposed of as hereinafterdirected.

III. At the death of my wife I direct that my realestate and such of the personal property as shall not have beenconsumed in use by her shall be sold by my executor after two weeksadvertisement in the Manning Times, to the highest bidder for cashand the proceeds, equally, share and share alike, among my eightchildren, the child or children of a deceased child to take amongthem the share to which its or their parent would have been entitledto if living. My wife is hereby given the power to make, trade, orexchange of my personal property as she may think necessary for herconvenience and usefulness. My executors are herby given the powerand direction to make proper nad necessary deeds conveying my realestate to the purchaser or purchaser in fee simple. Any one or moreof my said children may become the purchasers at the said sale ofreal estate or personal property.

IV. I nominate, appoint and consitutute my sons,Walter and Flagler, as executors of this my last will andtestament.

Witness my hand and seal this 28th day of January1950.
