Sacred to the Memory of Sarah Ann, wife of Robert A. Lawton, Jr. She died Jan. 14, 1849,
in the 39th year of her age.
"Trusting in salvation in Christianity and for pardon and peace through his death."

died Aug. 1, 1874, aged 46 yr's, 5 mos & 22 days
"Who woke each morrow
to clasp thy hand in mine,
who shared thy joy and sorrow,
whose ....   were thine...
while memory bids me weep thee nor thoughts nor words are free The grief is fixed too deeply
That mourns a woman like thee."
Sarah E. Chase, daughter of the late Susan Lawton
died Nov. 27, 1856, in the 18th year of her age.
"Thou hast left a sweet home circle. Left the objects of thy love; Left this world of care and sorrow, for a brighter home above. And we miss thee, sadly miss thee, Oft for thee the tears will flow, ...   "
