Sugar Grove M. E. Church (historical)

Sugar Grove M. E. Church was formed around 1817 at the home of John Grindstaff, and later moved to Salt Creek Township.


Rockville Baptist Church (historical)

Rockville Baptist Church sat on the hill above Rural Dale in October of 1844. The church was destroyed by a tornado after church on Sunday, April the 3rd of 1952. It was a lighthouse for 108 years.


The Regular Baptist (historical)

The Regular Baptist Church was founded in the 1800's, in the home of John Revenaugh. Later a thirty by thirty log church was built and used for twenty years.


Bethlehem Methodist Episcopal (historical)

Bethlehem Methodist Episcopal Church was formed in the 1830's. It was unfortunately struck by lightning and burnt to the ground. There was an adjoining graveyard.


Radical Methodist Church (historical)

The Radical Methodist Church, was the third church organized in the township. The first building to house the church was built on land owned by William Betts. Revs. Linder and Whitney were the first preachers to serve the congregation. A frame building house was afterward built on land owned by Henry Crawford and the congregation met there until it's demise.


Living Word Assembly of God

The church was built in 1964. The Rev. Floyd Loy has been the pastor for the past twenty-five years.


Blue Rock Baptist

Blue Rock Baptist Church was built in 1854 and still has services every week. The current pastor is Rev. Kaiser.


Rural Dale United Methodist

Rural Dale United Methodist was built in 1854 and still has services every week. The current pastor is Rev. Roger Smith. The church has been part of the community for 148 years.


Gaysport Methodist

Gaysport Methodist was built in 1857 and still has services every week. It shares pastor Roger Smith with Rural Dale United Methodist. This church has been part of the community for 146 years.
