Obituary Index from Guide to the Painesville (Ohio) Telegraph 1822 - 1829 Newspaper Abstracts with Indexes by Judy J.Stebbins. This data was not proofread, and may contain errors. Full abstract appears in the book available at Morley Library or Lake County Historical Society. The newspapers are on microfilm at Morley Library. Not indexed here are the estate notices which state the deceased and the administrator. Many of those people do not have actual death notices, so worth seeking. They are often published a month or two after the death.
