Andrew Ford, of Massachusetts, was born in 1752.
A soldier in the Revolutionary War, marching in response to the alarm at Lexington, in which he served seven days, in Lieut. Joseph Warner's company.
He was in the battle of Bennington, and was also in the expedition to Stillwater and Saratoga.
He was a pensioner under the Act of 1832.
He lived in Madison, where he died in 1837, and is buried in Middle Ridge cemetery.
