She is survived by her daughter, Elaine (Dan) Shupe of Milan; two grandchildren, Brian (Casi) Shupe and Andy (Jen) Shupe; four great grandchildren, Wesley, Colin, Ted, and June Shupe; two sisters, Lucille Payne of Port Charlotte, FL, and Doris Rasnick of Huron; a brother, Winfield Bledsoe of Huron; and a special niece, Linda Chaffin. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh J. Smith; her son, H.J. Smith Jr; parents Lloyd and Sadie (Taylor) Bledsoe; a brother, Donald Bledsoe; one niece and three nephews.

Friends may call Friday from 10 until time of service at 11 a.m. at the Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, 410 Main St, Huron with Pastor Josh Arrington officiating.

Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
