Tami S. Scott, age 39, of Castalia, lost her battle after a lengthy illness late Sunday night, February 24, 2019, in the Cleveland Clinic.
She was born November 21, 1979, to parents Terry and Deb (Matter) Scott, in Sandusky, and graduated from Margaretta High School in 1998. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Castalia. Tami enjoyed reading, singing, dancing, and being silly. Her caring and warm disposition made friends quickly. She was part of a loving family whom she enjoyed spending time with. Tami particularly loved her nieces.
She is survived by father Terry Scott; grandmother Nancy Matter; sister Traci (Scott) Beaverson; brother in law Brad Beaverson; nieces Riley and Skylar Beaverson; and uncle Steve Matter; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends.
Tami is preceded in death by her mother Deb (Matter) Scott; grandfather Al Matter; and grandparents Lewis and June Scott.
Friends may call from 5-7 PM Friday March 1, 2019, and from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM Saturday, March 2, 2019, at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia. Rev. Kathleen Suggitt will officiate.
Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery.
