Esther Franklin

Esther D. Franklin, 90, of Huron, passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 at Commands of Providence, Sandusky.

Esther was born January 22, 1927 in Cleveland.

Esther was a member of the Huron Eagles, a former member of the Red Hats, Huron, enjoyed sewing, her family, and going to the casinos.

Esther is survived by her daughter, Darlene (Roger) Franklin of Huron; 2 step daughters, Wilma Urfer of New Philadelphia, OH and Barbara (Thomas) Makovic of Sun City, AZ; four step-sons, Richard Franklin of Norwalk, Glenn Jr (Sharon) Franklin of Huron, Roger (Darlene) of Huron, Dale (Linda) Franklin of Berlin Heights;2 grandchildren; 14 step-grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 21 step-great-grandchildren; and a sister in law, Eve Denk of New Port Richey, FL.

Esther is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn in 1987; a step-son, Gerald Franklin; and a brother Gary Denk.

Cremation has taken place and burial services will be announced at a later date.
