Dick L. "Bags" Foster, 67, of Huron, passed away Sunday, Feb 11, 2018 at his residence after a lengthy illness.
He was born May 19, 1950 in Lodi, OH. He worked for the City of Huron Street Department for many years.
He enjoyed riding his Harley Davison Motorcycle as a past-time.
He is survived by his life-long partner, Ceetta Foster, of Huron; his mother, Lillian F. Foster of Wooster; two children in the Medina area; a step-daughter, Alisha Mooney of Chippewa Lake, OH; a niece, Tammy (Tim) Howard of Wooster; a nephew, Rick (Paula) Sprunger of San Diego, CA; a sister, Georgetta "Snooks" (George) "Sonny" Stanko, of Norwalk; and God Daughter, Shannon Kennelly of Huron.
He is preceded in death by his father, Vernon Foster.
Cremation has taken place and a family gathering will take place.
