Robert J. Bickley, 87, of Sandusky passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016 in The Meadows at Osborn Park, Huron following a lengthy illness.
He was born February 4, 1929 in Sandusky and was a 1947 graduate of Sandusky High School.

Joe was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was employed for 32 years at Sam Stein & Associates, retiring in 1996.

Joe was a member of the former Calvary Episcopal Church, Sandusky, a member of the Perseverance Lodge, No. 329, F.& A.M. and an avid gardener.

He is survived by one son, Joseph (Kelly) Bickley of Brookhaven, GA; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Rosa K. Bickley in 2014; his parents, James and Alta (White) Bickley; one brother, James T. Bickley; six sisters, Rhoda Finkler, Laurene Ebert, Ruth Pitsenburg, Donna LaDuke, Bernice Krause and Louise Sandersen.

Friends may call today, Friday, February 19, 2016 from 5-8:00 PM at the Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky where Perseverance Lodge will hold Masonic Services at 5:00 PM. Friends may also call Saturday, February 20, 2016 in the funeral home from 9:30 AM until time of funeral service at 10:30 AM. Burial will in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
