Euclid Township

Euclid Township, when originally surveyed, was known as Township 8 in Range 11 of the Connecticut New Western Reserve. The governmental body was formed in 1817. That which was the 5 mile square township now contains Richmond Heights, and South Euclid, and parts of the cities of Euclid, Cleveland Heights, East Cleveland, and Lyndhurst.
