Descendants of MARGARET DeARMOND

MARGARET DeARMOND, daughter of Alexander DeARMOND and Elizabeth HUFF, was born in Butler County, OH about 1802. She married Benjamin LLOYD, who was born in Ebensburg, PA 3 November 1799. (The family of Benjamin LLOYD is quite interesting--from Wales, by way of Cambria Co. PA, and on to ILL.) Margaret and Benjamin moved west to Arcola, IL. She died there on 19 November 1889, and was buried in the Arcola Township Cemetery, Arcola, IL Benjamin died 7 June 1875 in Arcola, IL, and was also buried in the Arcola Township Cemetery, Arcola, IL.

Their children were: Alex R. LLOYD, Rachel LLOYD, Samuel LLOYD, W.F. LLOYD, Mary LLOYD, Eliza LLOYD.
