Hunterdon County Query

I am trying to locate four of my families that lived in Hunterdon County N. J. in the 17 & 1800s. The last line I have is a John Bunn, Born in 1715, His son WAS Conrad born in 1738 and his son was Frederick born in 1775 and his son was Joh f. born in 1800. I have idea where any of these people lived exactly, no idea of other children in their family and no idea of any property that they might have owned or farmed. Any information you can give me on John Bunn of 1715 as to where he was born, who his parents were and other children he might have had, would be most appreciated
