Hunterdon County Query

Surname: ALLIBE

Isaac Allibe, served 2-3 years with the 2nd. N.J. Brigade from 1775-1778. In 1778 he defected to the 2nd. N.J. Volunteers, a Loyalist regiment recruited by Captain Skinner who is from Kingwood, Hunterdon county, N.J. I am seeking information where Isaac may have been from, possibly Kingwood also. In June Murtie Clark's book he is listed as a Loyalist from New Jersey. He first joined as a Patriot in 1775.
