DENSON/BERRY/LOWREY
Researching DENSON, BERRY, LOWREY in Amwell township, Hunterdon County.John Denson and 3 brothers came from somewhere in Great Britain and started out in Hunterdon County. John stayed, married a Miss Lowrey, sister of Nathaniel Lowrey, a merchant of note. John and wife had 4 children, Mary Denson Woodruff, Thomas, William and Joseph. Thomas (born 1783) married Elizabeth Berry and eventually settled in Millport,NY. I have their family to present. Would like to make connection to Europe as we believe Densons are Scottish and a sept of the MacGregor Clan.
