FISHER (FISCHER)
I am looking for any information regarding C. Lloyd FISHER or FISCHER. He was my g-grandfather's brother. My g-grandfather was Charles FISHER. I understand both boys were born in Knox Co., Ohio to Bateson and Peyson (PETERS) FISHER but there are no records of either birth. C. Lloyd FISHER was part of Hauptmann's defense team during the Lindbergh baby trial in the '30's. Records of this trial list FISHER's home as Flemington, Hunterdon, NJ. It's a long shot for me but I am desperate for any information. SS death records list a Chester FISHER, died 29 July 1991 in Flemington. Is this the same man as C. Lloyd?

My g-grandfather, Charles, died in 1928 in Montana. He was estranged from the FISHER family and left his 11 year old daughter (my grandmother) and her mother. They ended up in Washington State where we still reside. Please help if you can. Thank you!
