MCPHERSON
SAMUEL MCPHERSON (spelled several ways in early NJ records including McFARSON) born April 4, 1709--poss. in Piscataway, Middlesex Co. NJ married and had 9 chilldren there. Moved to Kingwood Twp Hunterdon Co. with 2 daughters who married men named DRAKE. SAMUEL MCFARSON d. Sept. 1772 and is buried in CRAVEN's Cemetery which bordered his land. His tombstone was near one for ELIZABETH McPHERSON who was a "consort of DAVID MCPHERSON" according to the inscription. Any McPHERSON information would be appreciated
