PETERSON
Solomon & Aletta Warner PETERSON married Mar l833 in Tewkesbury NJ. Their children Nicholas, John, William, Phillip, Frederick L. (also known as PETERS),Harriet , Hannah . Harriet married BERGEN . Hannah lived in New Hope, Pa around l870 . John served in Civil War as did Frederick.I would like to find relatives of any ofthese family members . I would like to find who were the parents and birth place of ALETTA and SOLOMON PETERSON. Census reports say Solomon was born in Pa as were his parents and the censu s says Aletta was born in NJ as were her parents. We believe Aletta*s lineage could be linked to THOMAS WARNE, one of the 24 original proprietors of East Jersey. Thomas Warne came to America in l682 from either Ireland or England (along the Thames River somewhere we were told growing up by my grandmother Rosalie M Peterson Randolph.) Frederick L Peters moved to Wellesville, NY around l870,married and has children there.Would like to hear from anyone who knows of him or his family . SOLOMON was part Indian (tribe unknown-perhaps Mohawk or Lenape)he was born in PA. Thank you
