YAWGER
I am searching for some connection to Peter YAWGER of Readington in the 1700's or to John Peter YAWGER of Amwell in the 1700's. Furthest I can go back in my YAWGER line is to Henry YAWGER who married Rebecca Merlott in Hunterdon County in 1823. I believe they are the parents of my great great grandfather Jacob W. YAWGER(1837-1913). He was a Civil War vet and born in Morris County. Parents were listed as Henry and Rebecca on Jacob's marriage certificate.
