TRIMMER/TRIMER, DIERDORFF/DIRDORF
TRIMMER/TRIMER, DIERDORFF/DIRDORF, HOUSHELL ... seeking info on descendants/ancestors of these families who immigrated to NJ from Germany circa 1730's ... First TRIMMER immigrant, Johannes TRIMMER c1690-c1749, lived in Amwell Twp, Hunterdon Co., married Mary DIERDORFF, who apparently died on trip from Germany. Johannes had 2 subsequent wives, (Elyse ENGLE & Mary Catrina CABINE)and a total of 15 children (8 from first marriage, 7 from 2nd marriage).... of this second generation, several moved to York/Adams Co. PA. Andreas (c1726-1793), son of Johannes, married Susannah HOUSHELL, of Amwell Twp. They later died in Reading Twp., York Co, PA. Will gladly share info.
