CONOVER
I'm trying to trace the family of Catherine CONOVER. She was born in NJ in 1807 and married Edward or Edwin PICKETT also born in NJ. One of her children is Joseph PICKETT, the primative painter. Catherine lived from about the New Hope, Bucks County, across the river from Hunterdon Co NJ. She died in New Hope in 1875. Know of several CONOVER/COUVENHOVEN families in Hunterdon. Can anyone suggest any families in Hunterdon that may be her parents?
