I have typed the names exactly as they appear on the handwritten list. Any additions I made are identified by “KP note:” 

By comparing the list to photos of the stones, it appears that the names without dates on the list appear on the stones indicating a relationship (spouse or child). Indented names appear to be children of the names (couple) above them.
