The following list was compiled from a burial list located within the Postville Welsh Church in December 2003 and the Platte Valley Kin Seekers records. When discrepancies (in the birth or date dates) occurred between the two records, the Platte County Rootsweb Website was checked for obituary information. The date shown in at least two of the three resources was then used. When no other information was found for the entry, both dates are shown when the year of birth or death was in question. If the day differed, only the month and the year are shown; if the month differed, only the year is shown.

The first five burials at Postville Welsh Cemetery were in open prairie land, property of the United States of America. On October 6, 1883, President Charles A. Arthur and the United States of America approved the May 20, 1862, Act of Congress, "To secure Homesteads to actual Settler on the Public Domain" and deeded to David T. Thomas, 80 acres of land which included the five grave sites. On July 19, 1884, David T. Thomas deeded two acres of this land to the church for a cemetery. On July 5, 1888, David T. Thomas redeeded two acres of land to the church, giving the cemetery its present profile.

In addition to the listings, there are four unmarked graves within the cemetery.
