ARMSTRONG, Ellis Leroy died 26 Jan. 2001, Holladay, Utah. Born 30 May 1914 to Leroy Smith and Mary Ada Armstrong at Cedar City, Utah. Wife: Florine Clark. E.L. Armstrong was Construction Engineer, Bureau of Reclamation for the Trenton Dam. Dam dedication - October, 1953.
