URBAN, ANTONETTE (MACHACEK) [February 15, 1909 - June 17, 1997]
ANTONETTE URBAN SERVICE IN SCHUYLER
    Antonette (Toni) Urban, 88, died June 17, 1997, at the Schuyler Nursing Center.
    Funeral services were held June 20 at 10 A.M. at the Svoboda Funeral Home north chapel with Rev. Don Hurray officiating. Music was provided by Gladys Krula.
    Pallbearers were Darryl Houfek, Terry Coolidge, Ronnie Misek, Bryce Sherman, Charles Ondracek and Kenny Svoboda.
    Visitation was on June 19 from noon to 8 P.M. and on June 20 from 8:30 A.M. to the time of the service at Svoboda Funeral Home north chapel.
    Mrs. Urban was born Feb. 15, 1909, in Colfax County to John and Antonia (Ondracek) Machacek. She attended school at Colfax County Rural School District 64.
    She married William Urban on Jan. 14, 1931, in David City. She was a member of the Wester Eternal Lodge of Schuyler.
    She is survived by her husband; one sister, Sylvia Houfek, Schuyler, nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her son Donald; two sisters, Olga Gilbert and Wilma Lanning; and two brothers, Johnny Machacek and Alden Machacek.
