Karel Jedlicka February 2, 1876 - September 2, 1960John Jedlicka and his wife, Marie, left Czechoslovakia June 1, 1881. Sons: James, Anton, John, Frank, Karel & Joe. Joe stayed in Europe. Daughters: Mary & Josephine arrived in America. James stayed and settled in Chicago. The rest of the family continued on to Nebraska. Josephine Jedlicka Oborny moved to Kansas.Three of Joe's sons came to America: Frank (to Clarkson, Nebraska); Jim (to Schuyler, Nebraska); and Joe (to Boise, Idaho). A fourth son, Louis, did not come, but Louis' son, Joe, did. Joe stayed at first with James (his uncle). He settled in Howells, Nebraska.
