Cemetery location "From SE corner of Rising City, Nebraska, 2 miles south to the NW corner of Section 26, Reading Township" Historical note: On, 15 February 1876 at School District #43, Eli Armagost, J. C. Armagost, E.R. Lawver, Geo. Zahler, H. Reinheimer, W.C. McElravy, A.S. Wright, A. Duval, M.V. Hill, met and formed a Cemetery Association to be known as Rising Sun Cemetery Association.
