at Fliry September 12th, then to the Argonne-Meuse front. Was
108 days in front lines without rest and at Stenay, France when
armistice was signed. Discharged June 2, 1919 at Camp Funston,
Kan.

wounded May 23, 1918, was sent to a hospital for a month, then
he rejoined his regiment.
