Abridged: Miss Jennie White died last Sunday, April 16, 1916 and was buried at Oakdale on the following day. Death was the result of poisoning caused by appendicitis. Jennie White was born at Manchester, England, March 31, 1886. In 1911 she came to Nebraska and stayed for three years, returning to England for a year and then returned to Nebraska. She worked as a cook in a Tilden hotel. She is survived by at least one sister in England.
