A few years ago Mr Kidder suffered a stroke of apoplexy and gradually failed, being kept close to his home most of the time. Last January he fell and fractured his hip and since that time had been almost helpless. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the home and were largely attended by old neighbors and friends. The children were all present except Mrs Massie. Burial was made in the Oakdale Cemetery.
