CLARENCE JAMES JUDD
Funeral services for C. James JUDD, 80, of Oakdale were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 21 at the Hoepfinger-Beyer Funeral Home in Neligh with Rev. Stanley LARUE officiating. Music was provided by vocalist Lance SANNE, accompanied by Judy COLE, pianist. Burial was in the Oakdale Cemetery with Don POLLOCK, Harlan BRANDT, Jim Lyons, Merle BRINK, Gene KINNAN, and Bill MORSBACH serving as pallbearers. Clarence James JUDD, son of Alvero C. and Rebecca CONRAD JUDD, was born March 19, 1903, at Inman and died January 19, 1984, at Tilden. He attended the Inman public school. On April 25, 1931, he was united in marriage with Florence I. GUSTAFSON at Center. This couple lived in Neligh for a number of years before moving to Oakdale in 1948. JUDD was a mechanic for most of his working years. He was preceded in death by his parents and one stepdaughter. Survivors include his wife, Florence of Oakdale, one son, James d of omaha, three daughters, Mrs Morton (Geraldine) BEACH of Norfolk, Mrs john (Irene) SIMON of Roberts, Idaho, and Mrs Don (Patricia) MARSHALL of Neligh, four sisters, Mrs Mary BOBISUD and Mrs Dolly CALKINS, both of Hermiston, Oregon, Mrs Lucy SCHWINK of Neligh and Mrs Charles (Betty) PAVLIK of Orchard, 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
