MRS. EUGENE GAILEY

Funeral services for Mrs. Eugene GAILEY, 76, were held at her home in Elgin Sunday afternoon. Mary Lucretia ELLIOT was born in Nova Scotia, August 25, 1863 and died July 18, 1940. In 1871 she came west with her parents finally locating on a homestead in the Beaver Valley in 1878. On September 15, 1884, she was married to Eugene GAILEY at Albion. They located in Oakdale where they resided until 1887. They then moved to Elgin which has since been their home. She is survived by her husband, one son and two daughters.
