Friedrich Isaak, son of August Isaak, SrFriedrich Isaak was born in Dennwitz, Bessarabia, South Russia on Nov. 12, 1859, and died in Scotland, South Dakota, on Feb. 18, 1928. Fred Isaak married Magdalina Hildebrande, on Dec. 5, 1890. About 1897 he homesteaded 9 miles NW of Hazen, N.D. He sold out and moved back to Parkston, S.D., where he worked for a lumber concern until his death. Fred was a partner in the Isaak General Store, a new venture. The business was short-lived and failed to weather the terrible crash of 1894 during Cleveland's administration. Countless thousands of business ventures failed throughout America during the crash of 1894. ~ info taken from the notes of Fred S. Isaak Children of Friedrich & Magdalina Isaak:
