who reported that "We are direct descendants
of this family, which has its earliest roots
in that part of York, Maine still known as
Scotland," and appeared in Downeast
Ancestry, Volume 1, No. 3 (Oct 1977).
This Bible, owned by the contributor's
father, was published in Brattleborough, VT
in 1824.
