This deed made this 28th day of April, 1902 by me Joseph L. Donovan trustee, Witnesseth whereas by an order of the Circuit Court for Howard County passed April 28, 1902, in the Equity case of George W. Riddle vs. Samuel E. and Ellen E. Johnson (being No 1388, Equity Docket No 3). I was appointed Trustee to convey the land herein after named to the purchaser in said case named, George W. Riddle.
Now therefore this Deed Witnesseth that in consideration of the premises and the sum of one dollar, I, Joseph L. Donovan, Trustee aforesaid do hereby grant unto George W. Riddle, all the right, title, and interest of all the parties to the aforesaid cause in and to the property in said proceedings mentioned being the same land described in the Mortgage from Samuel E. Johnson and wife to George W. Riddle dated 28 March 1898, and recorded among Howard County Land Records in Liber J.H.O. No 68 fo 398.
