FROST I am looking for any information on a William J. Frost and John Frost. think that one or both lived in Ellicott City and were in the Civil War. They should have lived in Anne Arundel county. 1860 is a date that my father gave me, and John Frost was a prisoner of war. He survived and went to some hospital for recovery.
