striking an approaching truck on Walnut Lane from the south, near
S. Prospect St in Hagerstown, at which time John ROHRER was struck
by a pole at side of road and received a fractured skull; occurred
on 3 Aug 1938.
It was determined the negligent act of Walter BOWERS, in permitting
John ROHRER to ride on the running board, contributed to the fatal
accident.
