In the name of God, Amen. I Ormsby W. Shinnick, of
Baltimore City, in the State of Maryland, being of sound mind, memory, and
understanding, knowing the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time
thereof, do make publish and declare this to be my Last will and Testament.
After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give, devise and
bequeath unto my beloved wife, Martha J. Shinnick, one third of all of my
property, real, personal or mixed wheresover situate, and that which I may be
entitled to under and by virtue of the last Will and Testament of William M.
Shinnick of the city of Ganesville, in the State of Ohio, and the balance be
equally divided between my children, share and share alike.
I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife, Martha J. Shinnick to be the
sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and that she be relieved of
the necessity of giving bond.
In testimony whereof, I have subscribed my hand and seal this 14th
day of June in the year of our Lord, One thousand
and nine hundred and one.

On the 24th day of September, 1902 came Jos. H. Clark and made Oath in due form of law that he does not show of any will or codicil of Ormsby w. Shinnick late of said city, deceased, other than the above Instrument or Writing, and that he received the same from the Testator that he kept it continuously in his custody, and that the Testators died on the 24th day of March 1902.
