First I Give my soul to the Author of its being hoping for his mercy through the merits of Jesus Christ. I Give and bequeath to my daughter Rebeckah Perigo all my land being part of a Tract of Land Called Burman's Forrest Containing and laid out for one Hundred acres more or Less which said land I Give to my said daughter Rebecca Perigo and to her heirs and assigns forever. I further Give and bequeath to my said daughter Rebeckah Perigo Negroes Dick Ceaser Priss and Sy Together with all my stock of Horses, Cattle Sheep hogs farming Utensils, Implements of Husbandry household and Kitchen furniture with every thing on my above named land Except what shall be by me otherwise Bequeathed. I Give and Bequeath to my daughter Ellender Perigo Negroes Nan, Juno Phil Shade Easter and one Sorrel Colt, named Lightfoot. I Give and Bequeath to my daughter Deborah Curtis Negroes Kenny Jerry and Jin. I Give and Bequeath to my Grand daughter Ellender Baxter one shilling sterling and no more of my real and Personal Estate. And Lastly I do nominate and appoint my daughter Rebeckah Perigo and my Brother William Sollers? my sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament revoking all other wills by me heretofore made.
