CAIRNCROSS - Miss Margaret A Cairncross died Sunday afternoon at her home, 1219 Bolton Street. She was born at Jedburgh, Scotland, 60 years ago. Mr Frank Hennick, a cousin, is her nearest realtive in ths country. She was a member of the Reformed Episcopal Church of the Redeemer.

Stierhoff - On May 10, 1902. Margaret E.,
in her 48th year, beloved wife of J Fred Stierhoff.--She calmly closed her eyes
in peace, we know to her it was sweet release; She spoke of death as going
home, And often prayed the hour would come. We sat beside her hour by hour
And saw her slowly fade away; Her chamber seemed not that of death, So
calm and peacefully she lay.

TALL - (pg 7)Dr Reuben J H Tall, one of the best known
physicians in the city, died yesterday morning at 10:40 o'clock at his home,
1417 McCulloh street of consumption. He had been sick since January.
Dr. Tall was born July 9, 1843 at Madison, Dorchester county, Md., and upon
graduating in medicine from the University of Maryland, settled in Baltimore and
practiced his profession here ever since. For about 30 years he lived at
524 South Sharp street and acquired a wide practice. About four years ago
he moved to 1204 Madison avenue and later to the house in which he died.
Dr.
Tall was a Democrat, and took an active interest in politics, but never accepted
any office, except that of police surgeon. He attended Madison Avenue
Methodist Episcopal Church. He was twice married, his first wife being
Miss Mollie Blake. The second, who survives him was Mrs Lucretia Carrick,
widow of Surgeon Carrick of the United States Navy.
Mrs tall has two children
by her narriage --dr J H Carrick and Miss Ida Carrick
Dr Tall was prominent
in Masonic circles and was a Knight Templar. His funeral, which will take
place Thursday morning at 10 o'clock, will be under Masonic auspices.
