This book contains the 1895 School Census for seventy-nine of Webster County's schools. Many of them are one or two room schools. Each report gives the total number of pupils in the school, the parents or guardians name, plus the name and age of the student.

Many miscellaneous items are included as well as many pictures. The marriage dates are included for most of the married students. Abstracts of the 1860-1920 school deeds are an added bonus.

This book is a great help to fill that missing 1890 Federal Census gap.
