Arthur was the son of John Thomas Cobb and Louisa Link. His siblings were Mary Mabel Cobb, Vera Cobb, Lilly Cobb and Lula Cobb. Goldie King was the daughter of Bain King and Lola ?.

Arthur Cobb and Goldie King had two daughters- Reva Jewell Cobb and Verline Cobb.
