William T. "Will" Floyd was the son of David T. Floyd and Mary Catherine Majors, who are buried at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.

He married Jessie Mae Majors, the daughter of James Smith Majors and Minnie Ida Eakins, who are also buried at Springdale Cemetery.
