Modest Belle Gibson was the daughter of Robert A. Gibson, 1846-1922, and Kimmillar S. Christopher, 1848-1903; both her parents are also buried at this cemetery.

Modest Belle Gibson married Williamson S. Crews after the death of his first wife Eudora Gibson, who died in 1898 and was also Modest Belle's sister. Eudora Gibson Crews is also buried in this cemetery.
