Reynolds 1834 - 1887 Nancy Adeline Melton, b 7 Oct 1834, d 29 Jun 1887, second wife of Thomas Reynolds (marr 1 Feb 1855 at her father's home in Henderson County), was the daughter of Spencer Melton and Rosannah Whitesides who married in Rutherford Co NC 6 Jun 1831. (Spencer Melton married Isabella Lively in 1840 after Rosannah's death, before the family migrated to Henderson County KY.)

**The little marker next to Nancy Reynolds' stone is the badly worn marker of Infant Reynolds, child of Thomas' son Williamson G. Reynolds and his wife Lucy Jane Timmons. His birthdate is uncertain but he died 14 Nov 1871. It appears the marker may have fallen, and was moved from a nearby location.
Thomas Reynolds and Nancy Melton were the parents of Rose Annie Pate.
