           30 Sept 1882, p. 384; Thomas J. Hoy, George W. Hoy, L.H. Hoy, Susan Roney & husband, B.F., Sarah Boaz & husband, Z.H.T., and Mrs. Bell Boisseau, to Martha C. McCutchen.  Whereas John Hoy, father to the foregoing heirs, deeded to Mrs. McCutchen a certain tract East of Drakes Creek containing about 22 1/2 acres... the foregoing heirs of said John Hoy, deceased, hereby convey to second party, all that property mentioned above and also about 120 acres lying West of Drakes Creek...
